# Harbor handoff check

A separate reader inspected a fresh clone at commit
`360eea64970b02869d6b3925821c42a25d76a9f2`, without the run's conversation or
untracked receipt. This is a summary of that read-only check.

- HBR-1, Harbor welcome guide, is done with both children complete.
- HBR-2 added the guide in `313eac5d12714aa2077836931767ea06537f9332`.
- HBR-3 connected onboarding in `6446d63a9784589dea15b61a0f7a2010deba8455`.
- Tracked Outcomes record required-heading checks, both working links,
documentation reconciliation, and final epic review. The reader inspected
the files and Git diff; it did not rerun the original checks.
- The new guide has First step and Review sections. README links to it, and
onboarding replaces its pending-guide note with the current entry point.
- Docket overview reports 2/2 children done, no in-flight work or attention
items, and HBR-4, Collect feedback on the welcome guide, ready next.
- HBR-4 requires observed contributor feedback before proposing changes.

The repository was clean. No task was started or changed by the handoff reader.
The original run is a scripted synthetic demonstration of real Docket commands,
not a recording of autonomous agent execution.
